You aspire to ignore politics, just like the rest of the rank and file out there. They basically don’t give a rip. You can’t blame them. They’ve been burned too often. And when they do their homework, they still can’t differentiate between truth and lie. So when the midterms come, they will vote as they always vote. On blind party loyalty or prejudice. And certainly on the price of a gallon of gas. Some independent-minded people are smart enough to be suspicious of politics and politicians. They see their local reps and senators go to D.C as everyday folks, who a couple of years later come home as multi millionaires. You might actually smell a rat.  Is it conceivable they would engage in something  like insider trading? Surely not.  Well, hell, you can’t complain. Count your blessings. You live in a free land. You’re free to make something of yourself, or not, free to think what you want to think, free to say what you want to say (so far), free to choose your gender, free to be reviled or admired; and if you want, free to qualify for government welfare. Doesn’t get much better than that, does it Matilda? Still, your freedom aside, it’s hard to ignore the melodrama played out in the U.S. Senate, starring that Man of Science, that Superhero of Wuhan, that beleaguered Public Servant who bravely defended himself against a vicious assault by Republican hitmen and hit women. They not only blamed him for lying and for committing crimes against humanity, but also for profiting financially from his duplicity as a high ranking health official. Although his defenders spoke eloquently about his selfless sacrifice to save lives, the Senate voted to hold the 50+ year public servant in Contempt. It’s a sad commentary for Anthony Stephen Fauci, but it could have been worse. He was fortunate that Dr. Vladimir Zelenko could not be called as a witness. He wasn’t called because he died in 2022, at age 48. A little over a month ago, only a few people observed the anniversary of his passing. While Fauci was busily brainwashing America, Zelenko was desperately waging war against Covid-19. During the last two years of his life, as he struggled to defeat a rare form of cancer, Zelenko developed an inexpensive protocol to successfully treat 7,500 Covid patients (losing only three). When he had 100% success with his first 50 patients, he shared his experience with other physicians. The Zelenko Protocol found its way to a medical journal, and his letter reached President Trump who announced on TV that Hydroxychloroquine might be “a gift from God.” But in 2020, Trump had no standing against the likes of the powerful Fauci, backed by the medical establishment. Plus, Legacy Media and Big Tech ridiculed Zelenko and the President. Quickly and forcefully, early treatment with repurpose drugs was flatly outlawed. But there’s little point now in rehashing, analyzing and complaining about suppression — or about corruption and the death of Trust. There are many who believe Fauci is a victim, who believe that Zelenko and his ilk were conspirators, who believe that the RNA vaccine is safe and effective and that biological males can give birth. They are free to do so. You, on the other hand, believe that Vladimir Zelenko should posthumously receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom for waging a valiant war against America’s enemies, both foreign and domestic. But, just in case you think recent events and undeniable evidence have exposed the truth, affording Dr. Zelenko the credit he deserves, you would be mistaken. Wikipedia, a favorite source for AI bots, still states that the good doctor “promoted unfounded medical advice, conspiracy theories, and misinformation about COVID-19 — that “he claimed to have successfully treated hundreds of COVID patients with a five-day course of his protocol.” Meanwhile, Anthony Fauci, Ralph Baric,  Governors like Roy Cooper and many other people in high medical places, will never pay for their offenses; and in fact, will continue to profit from them. Before the pandemic in 2019, the Fauci family net worth  was approximately $7MM. After the pandemic — $15MM. A classic case for term limits.**
