No Damn Doubt About It.

Foreword
The Constitution of the Unites States of America
is not a Charles Dickens novel. It is a strict declaration of governance — of rules how the United States is to be managed. It primarily is a declaration that enumerates the jurisdiction and responsibility of the Federal Government. Above all, the States feared a central government; thus were specific about limiting its power. So there’s nothing ambivalent about it. It outlines precisely what the Federal Government is allowed to do. Period. All jurisdictions not so designated are the province of the individual States. Simple. No ambiguity. A few pages of sheer brilliance that rang the bell of freedom and changed the world. As you know, of course, beginning with the reign of John Marshall in 1801, the Supreme Courts of the United States decided that the Founder’s work needed the benefit of a “modern” intellect, that the Founder’s work should be interpreted — should be continuously sliced and diced, reformed, remodeled and fundamentally changed. Giving you what? Giving you the Annotated Constitution. Giving you 3000 pages and 10 pounds of meddling with what originally was divine inspiration. Understand it. No one in America lives by The Constitution as it was written. “So, you are not free. Not free as the Founders intended. Nor free as God ordained.”(Fodder, 09/22/17)

Pretending
Give it up, Matilda. You can’t turn back the clock. The Constitution is unknown to the majority of Americans, even those who bitch the loudest about their authoritarian government. Consider for a moment that the ultra right wing John Birch Society is the foremost opponent of the Constitutionally grounded Convention of States Resolution. The Birches self righteously sit by year after year as The Constitution dies by a thousand cuts and as the Republic drowns under Federal tyranny. But the Birchers don’t sit alone. Everywhere you look, people play “pretend.” Pretend that mind numbing debt just goes away. Child indoctrination ends. The justice system finds integrity. Illegal immigration shuts down. Government/corporate pay-to-play double dealing stops on a dime. Fools, all.

Expectations
And now the country pauses and holds its political breath. Top left wing donors and party faithfuls finally see Sleepy Joe as a liability. Other smart money says a new DEM warrior will draw swords with Trump in November. Whichever candidate is anointed has a decent chance of winning because the same dimwits that voted for Biden in 2020 and Obama in 2012 are still out there — who, by the way, represent a majority. And never forget, the Washington DC power structure, including the GOP aristocracy, still hunger to kick Donald into “the ash heap of history,” if not to prison. While you’re at it, never forget that women outnumber men, and everyone knows what bodily organ a bunch of them care about — uh, it’s not their brain. Include the Media Cartel, the Military Industrial Complex, the Big Three financial “managers” (BlackRock, Vanguard & State Street) and finally all lovers of Woke City and ESG. Primarily, the only people left to oppose liberal (code for Socialism) lunacy are the Middle Class. You’ve heard of them — the commoners, the working class, the local yokels, etc. If you haven’t met them, they are Americans who want work and independence. They make no group identity demands. Factually speaking, they are Trump voters who expect him to honor The Constitution — to restore ethics, integrity, virtue and justice to America’s institutions. And they expect him to shrink the power and jurisdiction of the Federal Government. Impossible expectations? Yes, the smart money says. Definitely, yes.

Walk Tall
But Trump can still attempt to repeat his 2016-20 economic achievements. In just two years, Biden policies wrecked America’s economy and plundered Her treasury. The restoration to fiscal sanity will take much, much longer — longer than a single term. Unfortunately, you must anticipate Democrat hostility and dirty tricks, reminiscent of Russian collusion and other lies. Even if the GOP should win Congress, there’s no reason to feel reassured. This cynical outlook suggests that Trump supporters must avoid hero worship, as if he would ride into Tombstone, and single-handedly round up the Clantons, rescue the townspeople, create economic prosperity and operate an honest casino. No doubt the man will walk tall enough and work his ass off; but his most important decision will be choosing a running mate — someone who has a chance to give the GOP — hopefully a virtuous GOP — a 12-year-run.

Epilogue
Of course, you can’t trust the GOP. Therefore, you can’t leave these repetitive themes without repeating the pleas for COS. Once again, neither Trump nor any other warrior will ever bring the Federal Government in line with its Constitutional, limited power — that means never — until 34 American States ratify the Article V provision for a Convention of States. It is the only remedy. Donald Trump will be remiss not to recommend COS — and place his name alongside the Founders. This is not hyperbole, you see, because it’s what the Founders would do. No damn doubt about it.

What Fun It Would Be.

The Felon Waits

Since America is run by a low-class crook, abetted by Congress and federal agencies awash in corruption, it seems only fitting that America should have a GOP presidential candidate who has been judged a felon and awaits sentencing. How ironic is it that corrupt, unethical bureaucrats, in and out of office, could sit in judgment of a former President? Nothing would enliven the history books more than to have Donald John Trump sitting behind bars on election day, especially if the American people elect him in a landslide. What fun. What fun that would be. To see Media Trump haters attempting to hide their disbelief and anguish, to watch Whoopi and Joy wriggle and squirm. What fun it would be to gauge the expression on the face of super RINO Mitt Romney as he attempts to pretend he’s still a decent human being. What fun it would be if some creative designer would put together a meme of a Bobblehead Donald coming face to face with a Bobblehead Robert Dinero, saying to him, “How do ya like them apples, you worthless piece of shit?” What fun it would be if Donald never utters one negative word; in fact, never brings up his torment at the hands of all the baddies that put him and his family through hell. What fun it would be if Statesman Donald Trump makes an inauguration address dwelling exclusively on positive days ahead, never once alluding to Biden or his atrocious record. What fun it would be if, Lincoln-like, he reaches out to bind up the nation’s wounds, revealing not a sign of animosity toward the Democrat Party war machine. What fun, then, when the dust settles and all the political protocols are accomplished, would it be if Donald would matter-of-factly and quietly, with no comment, begin to purge Deep State operatives from top to bottom — like ripping out tattered roof shingles. What fun it would be if, in his first news conference, he would, without rancor, play the role of Media Consultant and call on all members of the “press” to restore the principles of objective and truthful journalism. What fun it would be if he exposes the “pay to play” graft that exists between major corporations and elected officials. What fun it would be if he immediately eliminates the Department of Education. What fun it would it be if Donald quickly shuts down the Southern border, restores domestic energy independence, demolishes coercive regulations and once again sends a clear message to the world that America will have no part of the WEF globalist agenda, including the politicized climate accords and WHO authority. What serious fun it would be if he brings together all the health agency heads for a “come to Jesus” soiree. What major fun it would be if his newly appointed DOJ investigates and thus exposes the dozens of former and current elected officials guilty of perjury, malfeasance, misconduct and fraud.

Send a Message.

But there won’t be any fun in November if voters of every race and party affiliation don’t put aside their group identities to save America’s Constitutional principles. Seldom is there such an opportunity to put America ahead of self interest and send a message to Washington elected officials: you are not rulers but servants, and you are not above the law.

Wake Up.

No President in America’s history has experienced the gauntlet of abuse experienced by Donald Trump. The abuse began in 2015, accelerated during his term of office, advanced further when he dared question 2020 election results and exploded in 2023-4. You have to ask, “Why?” The answer is as plain as the prodigious nose on your face and it’s time everyone took off their prejudicial blinders to acknowledge it. With very rare exception, nobody in Washington wants the guy. “Why?” Because he’s not one of them. He’s a bloody merchant, for God’s sake. Because he’s a businessman who threatens to derail the lucrative gravy trains that roll into D.C. from many directions. It’s just that bloody simple, Matilda. The Beltway fears him. The people who profited most from the Trump presidency were the Little People — Minorities and Middle Class. Previous to Donald’s tenure, as well as now, the only people who have profited are the Big People — the Military Industrial Complex, the Corporate Giants, the  DC Beltway denizens, the Wall Street inhabitants and one Oval Office occupant who watches gravy pour into his greedy lap via his “foreign policy.” Trump takes great risk at being President again. Too many people have too much to lose. And what does Trump have to gain? Recognition? Dynasty? Legacy? Wake up America.

65 Million

To whom it may concern: Be advised — women, perhaps all women, even those women opposed to abortion, will say this commentary is mean, repugnant, cruel and unjust. That should about cover it. In addition, it may use the following gender designations — woman, man, female, male, girl and boy; as well as traditional pronouns — his, her, him, she and he. Ed.

Evidently, millions of American women still believe they suffer discrimination of one kind or another. Politically, abortion is still their dominant, headline-grabbing issue, especially during an election year. Some men side with disgruntled women since the last thing they want is the obligation of a burdensome brat. Other men and, believe it or not, other women, don’t understand the necessity for abortion. Allegedly, they have been led to think that there are many ways to prevent pregnancy. Attempting to be rational, given the number of abortions, you must assume the following: (1) Millions of women of all ages are clueless about the cause(s) of pregnancy; or (2), millions of women do not understand how to prevent pregnancy; or (3), millions of women are unconcerned about being pregnant, knowing that lots of experienced people make a living zapping unwanted babies.  And you must admit these technicians have been highly successful, exterminating the lives of over 65 million American cherubs since 1973. Put that number in perspective, if you will. Americans killed in all declared wars, including the American Revolution, comes to 1,304,447.** The 65MM abortion number must warm the hearts of WEF founders Klaus and spouse Hilde Schwab, as well as global vaccine pusher Bill Gates and other moneyed elitists who are dedicated to depopulating the planet. You imagine these globalists must kneel nightly to say their prayers, asking their global warming God to deliver a plague that targets the 1.4 billion expendable inhabitants who are 65-years-old and older. Rather coincidentally (roll your eyes here), while America was rockin’ and rollin’ between 2016-20, the Covid 19 contagion just happened to come along. And now, Covid vaccine lipid nanoparticles are mischievously penetrating all organs of the old and young alike. But no one blames Schwab’s God. No one blames Big Pharma. And no one blames the CDC, the NIH, the WHO and the U.S. medical community for man-made, premeditated genocide. Sadly, it seems reasonable to posit this supposition — killing remains one of America’s most efficient, thriving industries. Ironically, for instance, since SCOTUS struck down Roe-Wade, abortions are on the rise. As you might expect, with some exceptions, big blue states with big cities proudly fly the abortion banner. Apparently, six of these states will allow the erasing of  life through full term pregnancy. Still, in November, millions of women (you don’t know how many millions) will vote for Democrat Party candidates for one reason only — to protest the overturning of Roe vs Wade and the government funding of abortion on demand. All other issues suffer in the wake of their gender self interest. These brilliant women are most likely the same ones who incoherently claim that they suffer under the systemic discrimination of a white male patriarchy. After all, women outnumber men by several million; yet only 30% of Fortune 500 companies have women CEOs. Even worse, these female execs, on average, make less than their male counterparts. If you want to reinforce this disparity, take a look at women sports. A PGA event winner gets ten times the payout given to an LPGA winner. Pick any other sport — the story is the same. It’s just not fair. It’s discrimination — that’s exactly what it is. White men not allowing women in the door to equality. Arguably, all the doors are closed. You need proof? In the citadel of liberalism — Hollywood — only two female actors are among the top ten earners. It was only after putting in hours, days and weeks of study were you able to discover why women have been oppressed at every turn. You know who’s to blame. Always knew. Not the Holy Father in Rome. Not the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Certainly not God. Nope. No one but Donald J. Trump. Yep. You should have known he was the instigator after what he said years ago about sweet Rosie D’Donnell. In November, therefore, millions of persecuted women, carrying their frayed Pro Choice membership cards, will skip to the polls and vote with a capital D. They will choose a a badman over a man with bad manners. And the babies. What about the babies? The only innocents among the players in this most disagreeable enterprise called abortion. May God bless all 65 million of them.
