Here’s something to chew over, class. America is a Constitutional Republic. But without an honorable and equitable Department of Justice, no republic can stand. For the record, America’s DOJ went rogue the day that Donald Trump, against impossible odds, dared to be President. What has happened since — to him and to your country — is a tale of autocratic oppression. But nobody, including you, wants to engage in a Hannity-like, excruciating recitation of this dirty business and its dirty players. Rather, you prefer to summarize the mess in two sentences.

The United States of America, circa 2023, the most astonishing nation in recorded history, is in the terrible grip of deadly corruption and corrosive abuse of power.

As long as any elected politician covets a life-long career in Washington, the accrual of money and lust for power is an absolute certainty.

Every day, you hear news about what’s wrong. You hear the steady barrage of media commentary, from both the Left and Right. And at the end of every day, you’re assured of one thing only — you can trust none of it. Sad to say this, because a lot of people out there in the news biz do make a sincere effort to report the truth. Believing that most Americans at least aspire to the golden rule, you must ask: What insidious force compels others to cheat, lie, steal and commit murder? Why do these “others” knowingly destroy the lives of ordinary citizens? Many great minds have offered answers to these questions, but the answers just lie at your feet, helpless. In reality, then, there are no answers, only conjecture. So you’re left to conclude — that the insidious force is True Evil. Some who read this will declare that anyone at anytime is capable of evil. You don’t buy that opinion for a minute. Defending your life isn’t evil. Stealing food  isn’t evil. Shoplifting isn’t evil. Adultery isn’t evil. Cheating the IRS isn’t evil. Wrongdoing isn’t evil. True enough, wrongdoing is unkind, immoral, distressing and often tragic. And it touches every American family. But common wrongdoing is not evil. No, True Evil resides primarily at the seats of power and wealth. Almost exclusively, it resides within the great halls of governments and within the executive offices and board rooms of giant corporations.* So what can you or anyone do about True Evil? Apparently, nothing. The GOP — that’s a political party that poses as an opposition party — believes that sending Benedict Biden and his cronies packing would solve America’s troubles. Assume for a minute that the GOP does prevail in 2024. Who believes the Federal Government will :

Cheerfully relinquish its stranglehold on every aspect of American life?

Put its fiscal house in order?

Seriously downsize?

And administer Justice equally?

Never happen, Matilda. The Federal Government suffers from the most virulent addiction there is — Power. Recognizing this affliction, and fearing for the future, pundits send out clarion calls, using words like “survival” and “extinction.” Many of them could not be more distressed about America. Yet you hear not one mention of a remedy. Not a perfect remedy. Not even a modest remedy. Meanwhile, Article V sits under glass, waiting impatiently on the hallowed pages of America’s Ruling Covenant, a unanimous gift from George Mason and his fellow founders. Your country is on fire and GOP leaders show their true colors by ignoring the one constitutional fix. But, of course, the GOP in Washington has no intention of fixing anything.  GOP lawmakers prefer to put on shows for public consumption, bashing the Democrat Party for all its sins. Does the GOP really give a damn about your children and grandchildren? Really? You see no evidence of that concern. Talk, talk that goes nowhere, occupies the most important chapter in the GOP playbook. While on the local scene, State GOP legislators sit around and nitpick because engaging Article V of The Constitution might be risky. Risky? Really? Normandy was risky. Tons of fentanyl  crossing the Southern border is risky. Destroying the dollar is risky. Take a good look at your state legislature. Do you hear passionate voices raised to end Federal tyranny? Do legislatures truly want to assume the power assigned to them by The Constitution? No, and Hell no. Ask your State Senator. Ask, and wait for the obscure reply. The GOOD NEWS ? Nineteen (19) state legislatures have acted to ratify a Convention of States (COS) resolution. In doing so, they have acted to preserve the system that honors individual freedom. With their COS endorsement, they pay homage to the millions who gave their lives to defeat True Evil at home and abroad. In the upcoming GOP primary debates, at least one candidate, if asked, or not, may step up, and before God and Mankind, endorse the Convention of States resolution. Now that would be some cool GOP talk that goes somewhere.

Just in case it slipped your attention, the main centers of governance, learning and commerce have gone WOKE. You’re sick of hearing the term because you don’t buy it and neither does the mass of humanity, most of whom don’t even know what it means. That’s because they don’t know about a language called African American English. Don’t laugh. It’s true. And that’s because you and they don’t know that WOKE is an offspring of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement aimed at achieving racial and social justice — whatever that means. You can be sure of one thing — BLM has nothing to do with justice. To put it in the most gentle way possible, if you’re WOKE, you’re “socially aware.” Now, isn’t that sweet. Being socially aware is a good thing, especially when you’re white and your business is being firebombed and looted. In the spirit of that social awareness, on June 25, 2021, Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., signed an executive order to advance WOKE-ISM throughout the federal government under the designations of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) . As the largest employer and buyer in the land, the Fed decided that everyone better wear the WOKE suit or suffer the consequences. Something akin to a type of business castration. Yep, those consequences apply to universities (the WOKE front line), the banks, Wall Street, public education, major corporations, major 501c3’s, state and local governments — oh, hell, Matilda, the entire bloody country,  Believe it or not, with the sanction of the Supreme Court, one white guy has that much power. He’s the same guy who shut down the Keystone Pipeline to help your energy bill double. The same guy who abandoned your military and US property in Afghanistan — when your American sons came home in body bags. The same guy who used and still uses the DOJ against his political opponents and the American people, some who this very day rot in jail for daring to protest on Jan 6. The same guy who has purposely orchestrated toxic inflation that wastes the life-savings of retirees and crushes the pocketbooks of America’s great middle class struggling to survive. The same guy who routinely lied about his educational ranking and plagiarized others’ work. The same guy who allows millions of illegals to invade your country and allows tons of fentanyl to cross US borders. The same guy whose dictatorial COVID policies have killed millions of jobs, thousands of small businesses and literally killed several hundred thousand people by banning early treatment drugs. BTW, this is the same guy who currently has a 35% approval rating. In 2020, he collected over 81 million votes, working feverishly out of his basement. He broke every Democrat record in the book. D. Trump pulled in 76 million, wildly eclipsing his 2016 total by 10.1 million. And he lost. In the past 132 years, no other president received more votes in a run for reelection — AND LOST. Give the Democrats credit for getting away with the GREAT AMERICAN HEIST. You can hear the stirring words of Al Michaels when the U.S. hockey team upset  the USSR at the ’80 Olympics: “DO YOU BELIEVE IN MIRACLES?” So who’s responsible for Joe’s dsimal 35% approval rating? A Gallup poll says 31% of Americans identify as Democrat, 25% as Republican and 41% as Independent. Hmmmm. What do those stats tell you? Simply this. A large number of DEMs likely think Biden has botched his job. Very possibly, it means they think he’s botched the job but they couldn’t care less. Democrats are like pitiful, addicted gamblers stuffing slot machines, waiting for the jackpot that never comes. The latest Chamber of Commerce report may tell a different story — one of self interest, not addiction. The Chamber says America’s labor force participation rate is 62.6%, lower by two million than in Feb., 2020. That statistic suggests that some 30 million workers are not working and instead are cozied up to Daddy Biden who wants his loyal followers to know he’ll print all the money they need  when they need it. Why work when you can make more by not working? So what is the Party representation in Sleepy Joe’s 35% approval? Doesn’t matter, since you think Biden’s approval rating is too high — say, by 30 points. A five (5) percent approval would be more than generous. And those who make up that five percent are the leeches. You figure there are about ten (10) million true leeches in America — half in the upper 1% of earners and half in the lower 1%. Mind you, this is just a middle-class, somewhat educated, WOKE-LESS, guesstimate.

With the spotlight on transgenderism in America, Matt Walsh (Google him) traveled the world to elicit an answer to one question: “What is a woman?” * Among many others, he interviewed a preeminent trans surgeon, a top pediatrician, a leading LGBTQ professor, leaders of Kenya’s Maasai tribe and young women carrying vulgar signs pushing abortion. (link below) Starkly, these interviews drag you into the depths of postmodern deformity, where you come face to face with the assault on reality, reason and individual freedom — frankly an assault on humanity itself. Do not ignore Walsh’s work. It is, in fact, the stimulus behind your decision to define precisely what you believe about your association with American governance and culture. Before you “slip the surly bonds of earth,” you owe it to the gift of life to get personal. This is your affirmation of belief only. It is not speculation, awaiting analysis. It is not argument, anticipating debate. It is not advice, asking for acknowledgement. Practically speaking, what you and your fellow human beings do in this life — what you may accomplish, how you act and what you say — is eventually dust in the wind. Logically, apart from immediate family and friends, few people know or care what you think. If, however, you take the time to publish your personal outlook, it eventually might reach the eyes of distant, curious descendants who hopefully can still read and speak what’s left of the English language.

A Journey Worth Taking?
Making his journey for the reason Matt Walsh made it, may appear  ludicrous beyond even the kookiest imagination. The quizzical expressions on the faces of the Maasai people tell you the silly story, as if to say, “You came all this way to ask us that?” Walsh might have replied, “Yes, Chief, because my trip clearly illuminates what has happened to America — my country — in the past 15 years.” Who would’ve thunk it, Matilda? That the people of America would for one second put up with dippy wackos who pass themselves off as leading-edge scholars. But forget transgenders and their apostles. At this moment, they just happen to be the most visible symbol of the deadly threat that has turned America flat on Her ear.

It Began With Sedition
The deadly threat began with Barak Obama. He showed his hand early, promising to transform America. He did exactly that. He never liked America and apologized for Her exceptionalism. He introduced Marxist strategies and tactics by populating the Deep State with his acolytes, and used the DOJ as a weapon aimed at his political enemies. Domestically, he created Obamacare (and ruined healthcare) with the craven surrender of the GOP establishment. Economically and internationally, he was a bust. But the biggest bust belonged to those Americans  who doubled down on their fatuous stupidity to give him and his Marxist agenda a second term.

Trump Stopped the Bleeding (temporarily)
His performance was nothing short of spectacular, but he couldn’t stop the treasonous schemes of a corrupted Deep State and the abdication of the Supreme Court. The 2020 election was stolen; anyone who examines the evidence and believes otherwise is beyond a fool. And now, as predicted, the war against Trump continues. The High Priests of the DEM and GOP Parties must crucify him.

The Criminal-In-Chief
Joe Biden has never changed his scuzzy spots. He can’t. He was a liar and cheat in college and with every step in his career. He has adopted Marxism, chapter and verse; and sold out his country for a pile of money. Congress can’t stop him. The Supreme Court won’t. Meanwhile, the GOP establishment and almost all GOP candidates hope DT takes a permanent tumble. Most have no plan, no solution for America, and act is if they’re running for “America’s Got Talent.” As for you, no elected politician or wannabe politician gives a rat’s ass what you think — all he, she or it cares about is your money.

Your Life Is Sovereign.
Therefore, you are free to discriminate under America’s founding principles.

This means you are free to choose. To love or hate. To be racist or tolerant. To succeed or fail. To be benevolent or merciless.

Anyone is free to offend you. And you are free to insult anyone.

Good And Evil
Both exist in you to varying degrees.

But True Evil is totalitarianism — the root of all mass subjugation and genocide.

True Evil resides in Group Identity, the genesis of all war.

True Evil is the antithesis of individual freedom.

America’s Moral Underpinning
As written, the Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights are inviolate.

They give America the foundation for a free, just civilization.

But all Governments tend toward authoritarianism and tyranny. Always.

As predicted, America’s governance has migrated into said tyranny.

On this very day, Her founding documents are being violated — with impunity — by all three branches of government.

The Extent of Federal Authority
It must be limited to only those powers granted specifically by The U.S. Constitution.

Nothing in The Constitution permits Federal authority over individual lives — over education, business, energy, health, habitation, labor and all other domestic matters.

Domestic affairs are the exclusive province of State and Local governments.

The People’s House
The Federal Treasury belongs to The People.

The Government is not authorized to distribute the People’s money, in the form of grants and subsidies, to individuals or groups.

Welfare assistance is the sole province of local governments and charities.

Social Justice
Biology is real. Two sexes, male and female, make up almost all life.

Individuals are free to change gender, adopt pronouns and bear the cost and consequences of their sexual decisions.

But no individual should be compelled to recognize or affirm gender identity and language.

Trans females should be barred from women’s sport competition and women’s public bathrooms. Period.

Above all, no teacher should be free to expose children to LGTBQ practice or groom children to accept gender “fluidity.”

Federal agencies should have no jurisdiction over life in the womb, to fund abortion clinics or provide personal financial aid.

Abortion is a private, legal issue. The law should protect the  rights of the unborn, mothers, fathers and families.

America’s children — innocent, inexperienced and dependent on guardians — are at greater risk than any other segment of the U.S. population. As such, many are denied the basic right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
