Little Red Wagon.

You have to feel sorry for yourself and for people like you. You and millions of other Americans can make no claim of being a victim of racism. You are the offspring of Middle Eastern immigrants. They were poor. Obviously so were you. They were economically embattled. Obviously so were you. They were discriminated against, didn’t fit in. Neither did you. But the word racism never passed their lips.  Likewise, you followed in their footsteps and bit your tongue no matter what. That was yesterday. If you were to squawk today, no one — not one soul — would listen because, under no circumstances, can you be a victim of racism. First and foremost, you have white skin. Last time you looked, you are, biologically speaking, male. Third, you have, so far, chosen to be heterosexual. Fourth, you are Christian, believing in God, the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Fifth, you own a small business. Sixth, you don’t seek or receive Federal welfare payments. Seventh, you pay local, State and federal taxes. Many millions of other Americans fit this ordinary description, including millions of your female counterparts. But now, as far as you can tell, every other American is a victim of racism and/or discrimination. In varying percentages, that would include Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, LGBTQ+ Americans, Asian Americans, Muslim Americans, Female Americans, Jewish Americans and  dozens of other hyphenated Americans. Significantly, most of these victims identify with one or more support groups (NAACP, BLM, NOW, ADL IGLA, etc.) and most are racist victims of somebody.

The question you ask incessantly is this: Who is somebody? If somebody is responsible for racism in America, who is it? Or who are they? Through process of elimination, there can be only one suspect.

You.

There is no one else to accuse. And now there’s proof that you do qualify as a racist.  Dilbert creator Scott Adams blew up the media establishment by suggesting that Black people are a hate group. Adams cited a Rasmussen survey that reported “nearly half of all Black Americans do not agree with the phrase that ‘It’s okay to be white.’ ” To which Adams replied: . . . . “based on the current way things are going, the best advice I would give to White people is to get the hell away from Black people.”

Adams’ language leaves no room for interpretation. Naturally, the media moguls and PC Police unanimously denounced him a racist. He’s toast. But since you think his remarks seem logical, you must be racist as well. Certifiably. So be it. In your view, Adams suggests that those who cry “racism” are themselves racist.  It’s the chicken/egg debate. It’s tit for tat. In any event, the racism uproar in America is a massive red herring — a power and money grab by agitators. It’s called extortion. Stoke the mob. Arouse hatred. Magnify hostility. Incite riots. Behind the mob are hundreds of 501c3’s stirring the pot and padding their hip pockets. If this harsh rebuke isn’t enough, consider that those who embrace group identity are the true racists, and they operate unchallenged in the public arena.

Accordingly, the only persons universally condemned as racist are white Christian males (who are not university professors).

No one really knows what any individual of any race thinks. You can guess and generalize. Biden voters want something from government; so likely they would hate your view of group identity. But so would people who read this. Plenty of hyphenated Americans, who reject group identity, pridefully march to their own drums, asking for and expecting nothing. They are America’s future. You pridefully walk with them. Resolutely, you choose to interact with individuals of any tribe or any stripe — in accord with The Constitution. Respect their right to run their own little red wagons, to think as they wish, say what they want, drink what they want, smoke what they want, offend whom they want, hire and fire whom they want, support whom they want. Be prejudiced, tolerant, bigoted, generous or miserly. Love or hate. Be a racist. It’s their little red wagon, Matilda, as long as they obey the laws of the land. In other words, live and let live, without  interference from a meddling government that unconstitutionally picks winners and losers.

Look Around.

Brilliant French philosopher, scientist, and mathematician Rene Descartes lived 54 years (1596-1650). In that brief span he authored a vision of the natural world that still shapes thought today. Perhaps his two most recognized quotes are:

“I think, therefore I am,” and “Question everything.”

You can only imagine what Monsieur Descartes’ might think of the lock-down hysteria that accompanied America’s response to Covid. Almost certainly, were he a 21st century U.S. citizen, he would be discredited, suppressed and threatened for daring to “question anything.” And most likely he would be bashed for recommending that his fellow Americans might actually “think” instead of walking in lock-step. To be fair, the good news is that 20% of the millions do think. And they conclude that Covid governmental policy was and is a far greater threat to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness than any virus and any variant. The threat is excruciatingly real. It is, simply put, the escalating advance of a grinding dictatorship — namely, that the U.S. Federal Government has used the CV pandemic as an excuse to seize total control of the healthcare industry; and with it, total control of all American domestic life. If you happen to disagree with that assertion, Matilda, take a look around. Talk with the Florida physician who was “escorted” to the street by police for endorsing Ivermectin at a hospital conference. Talk to other doctors threatened by medical boards or to nurses fearing for their jobs. Examine in real dollars how deliberately fabricated inflation has affected your income, savings, cost of living and escalating debt. If you dare, listen to the drum of war echoing from China, Russia and Iran. Or, if you like, shrug off the echoes as idle threats and saber rattling. Anyway, according to the new generation of brilliant minds, killing off America’s young warriors in a war is the price you must willingly pay for America’s nefarious, racist history. BTW, you can ask grief stricken families what they think about death in Afghanistan. While you’re shrugging, tell yourself a 32 trillion dollar debt has nothing to do with you. Tell yourself that right wingers are blowing smoke about so-called indoctrination of school kids. Teachers, administrators and school boards aren’t evil, for Pete’s sake. And worrying about CANCEL CULTURE and WOKE is a waste of time. What is WOKE, anyway? Millions of people who have jobs can tell you what it is, but not in public. Besides, how can any fair minded individual speak against DEI. Diversity is good. Equity is fair. Inclusion is righteous. Yep, ask your favorite CEOs. They will gush proudly over their WOKE leadership. It’s just a damn shame these moral principles have to be forced primarily upon insubordinate white males. Well, it serves them right.  White male supremacists after all were responsible for America’s founding and all Her evil ways. While you’re at it, stay away from windbags who say the Covid jab is killing and injuring thousands. You will hear them say young people are suddenly dropping dead. So what? Everyone knows people drop dead. They have been dropping dead for centuries. But, if you’re thinking about digging into these dreadful, jab-related allegations, remember, you haven’t heard one corroborating word about them from the NY Times, The Washington Post, ABC, NBC, CBS,  MSNBC, CNN, etc. If there was some sort of a vaccine fire burning, they would at least have reported some smoke, n’est-ce pas? No doubt about it. That is, after all, the media’s job. Therefore, it’s just as well that you relax, ignore the gloom and doom and let the media watchdogs do the thinking and the watching for you. Oh, you can still look around if you want. You can learn that your government courageously arrested over 900 terrorists on Jan. 6, sentenced over 300 of them and detained dozens who still languish in prison. You have it on good authority that hundreds in the DOJ and Capitol Police will receive medals for heroism in preventing the overthrow of the U. S. Government by this frenzied mob of unarmed civilians. By comparison to Jan. 6, you remember that many activists connected to Antifa and BLM burned, looted, destroyed property and murdered people in many U.S. cities without suffering criminal prosecution. But then, you quickly must agree that they were suffering under the horror of systemic racism. They obviously had just cause to retaliate against random business owners and pedestrians. Well, are you through looking around?  Forget the Chinese spy balloons. Nothing  you can do about that. Or about the trashing of God.  Or Christianity. Or the breakdown of the nuclear family. Or any of the cornball, moralistic, traditional beliefs like individual responsibility. None of that stuff  can coexist with socialism, much less communism. When you look around, socialism isn’t really all that detectable, is it? Come to think of it, neither is the slow spread of cancer cells.

Ed. Note: Rene Descartes lived during the second wave of the Bubonic Plague (Black Death).  The second pandemic saw a more virulent form of the disease, which killed two and a half million people. Death rate between 60-90 percent.

What Would Dilbert Say?

Dilbert creator Scott Adams declared that the “anti-vaxxers were right all along.” The celebrated cartoonist repeated the assertion again and again in a recent podcast. He actually called the anti vaccine crowd “winners.” You might say, “Well, he’s just one person; what’s the big deal?” It’s like this. He might possibly be the first pro-vaccine, entertainment celebrity to shout publicly that he was on the wrong side of the Covid 19 issue. But once you get to know the man, his admission isn’t all that surprising. For one thing, he’s no ideologue. Two, he’s self made. Three, he seems grounded in common sense and truth, however offset they may be by his affinity for audacity. His politics tell a vacillating story. He supported Trump for seriously pragmatic reasons; yet in 2017 described himself as “left of Bernie Sanders, but with a preference for plans that can work.” Recently, according to Wikipedia, “Dilbert was pulled from an estimated 77 newspapers after . . . the strip poked fun at WOKE culture and corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies.” Your best guess is that Scott Adams is a deeply complicated soul, perhaps living on the (Seinfeldian)ledge. Regardless, you must take issue with his anti-vaxx, “winners” oration. Scott, there are no winners in the ongoing, chaotic, double-down, Covid policies of the U.S. Governmental Health Agencies (unless it’s Pharma’s bottom line). To his credit, Adams admitted that people who said NO to the jab were and are not pariahs. But he’s just one voice. He doesn’t speak for millions who still glance sideways, disapprovingly, at those who refuse the jab. And he still insists on using the term anti-vaxxer. It’s bogus, Matilda. The people who refused the jab are not anti-vaxxers. They simply were not willing to submit to an experimental mRNA inoculation. Family and friends asked. “Why?” And you in turn asked them, “Why?” You had your reasons. You haven’t seen their list, but tend to guess it reasonably consists of one item: fear. Your laundry list is a bit longer.

Your list:

1. Early on, for years, mRNA researchers could never keep their experiments from killing animals in the lab.
2. Early on, seasoned scientists said the mRNA jab isn’t a true vaccine.  Rather,  it is gene therapy.
3. Early on, many physicians and scientists worldwide touted early treatment, repurpose drugs to be very effective and very safe in treating CV, saving thousands of lives.
4. Meanwhile, these doctors and early treatment drugs were vilified by the U.S. media industrial complex and by Federal health agencies. You had to ask why.
5. Early on, hospitalized CV patients were denied early, life saving treatment. You had to ask why.
6. Early on, State health agencies and major drug outlets banned access to early treatment drugs prescribed by personal family physicians. You had to ask why.
7. Early on, the responsible health agencies and all those who owned the media microphone lied repeatedly about the safety and efficacy of gene therapy. And still do.

So your answer to the question is kindergarten simple. Early on, notable scientists and physicians were waving red flags like crazy for anyone who cared to listen and learn. They were bullied and threatened. The country was in a calamitous lock-down. Most important, one-sided media suppression and propaganda were implemented right out of Joseph Goebbles’ playbook. So the question for Scott Adams is: Given your penchant for digging into human behavior, why did you buy whole-hog into the Covid narrative?  Was there not a single moment in almost three years that you asked yourself, “Isn’t something — possibly — fishy here?”

To be fair, the vaccinated and unvaccinated shouldn’t be at odds. They chose honestly and sincerely. This is not a game played by winners and losers. America’s a free country. Individuals should be free to manage their health. That said, however, it’s past time for all media outlets to adopt a policy of open debate and full disclosure. Everyone in America is a loser until 2nd amendment rights are fully honored, until the doctor/patient relationship is vigilantly honored, until the mask is ripped away to expose the true face of U. S. Covid policy. Who, who exactly, is afraid of open debate. And why?

Meanwhile, you want to know what Dilbert thinks about all this.
