You’re Not Black.

Americans who refer to themselves as “Black” should be livid. But you see no sign of anger or anything approaching it. Of course not. How can you? You don’t live in a black neighborhood, hang out with a black crowd or work alongside black employees. Your daily affiliation with Black individuals is one-way — as a spectator — of black athletes, actors, advocates and musicians — primarily on television. They look happy enough. They should. To a large extent, black personalities own The Tube. You can’t imagine anyone disagreeing with that assertion, considering that the Black community is vastly over-represented on television as a percentage of the U.S population. Yet that over-representation in some ways makes sense. Television is uniformly about entertainment; that is, when it’s not about propaganda for Black History Month, Black Lives Matter, CRT, Embrace Ambition and The Jab. Based on merit, Black athletes dominate football and basketball events, along with complementary sports programming that features former Black athletes. Major universities rush to bootlick BLM and Black recruits to expand advertising revenues and to preserve the Athletic Department money machines. Based on affirmative action and social engineering, Black performers dominate consumer advertising from pizza to Pandora jewelry to a flood of public service announcements that push vaccine boosters. Under the slogan We Can Do This, the DHHS has funded “We All Need a Boost,” just one ad aimed at Black Americans, encouraging them to get a booster to strengthen their protection against COVID-19. The ad campaigns cost taxpayers over 1.5 billion bucks, thank you Sleepy Joe. Ad agencies, including Black agencies, have no trouble finding Black performers who will identify with their brothers and sisters. But do they? Do they identify? Really? You don’t know. You’re not Black. But you can pretend. Sit yourself down. Mix your favorite beverage and tune in. The advertising industry and media companies finally give Black players top billing — as spokespersons, fathers, mothers, daughters, sons, students, business owners, salesmen, attorneys — you name it. Keep an open mind, now. Remember, you’re wearing a Black hat. Almost immediately, a little voice tells you that something’s wacky. What is it? Close your eyes and listen. Suddenly, it surfaces — call it incongruity, a big word for mismatch. My God, Matilda, the Black performers are actually White. And you don’t mean black-face. They talk White. They act White. The families are nuclear White. They dress White. The scenes reek White upper middle class culture. The only thing truly Black in television advertising is skin color. You can’t avoid the irony. For years, Black activist individuals and organizations have been screaming about racism at the hands of white supremacists. They argue that the seats of power belong to white supremacists. They argue that White culture led to slavery. To this day, they insist that systemic discrimination, poverty, slums and racial profiling disproportionately affect the Black community — all at the hands of a White community that refuses to accept Black culture. So you have to ask the questions. Do Black viewers approve of television advertising that represents Black lifestyle, language and culture through a lily White lens? Does the Black Community prefer White culture? Does the Black Community prefer mixed race relationships? You’re not black. You have no clue. You can only observe that rich Black athletes and execs choose to live with Whitey in gated communities, away from the Black “culture.” Therefore, when you come face to face with a BLM or CRT activist, you might want to ask the question: what is it you want? Do you secretly want to be White? You’re not Black but if you were, there’s a good chance that along about now you would be livid, seeing how you’ve being played and swayed. But there’s no way to know for sure. You’re not Black.

   Robert Stroud:
"Do you consider that part of your job, to
give a man back the dignity he once had?
Your only interest is in how he behaves.
You told me that once a long time ago,
             and I'll never forget it.

           'You'll conform to our ideas
             of how you should behave.'

           And you haven't retreated from
that stand one inch in 35 years.
You want your prisoners to dance
out the gates like puppets on a string,
             with rubber-stamp values
                 impressed by you,
           with your sense of conformity,
              your sense of behavior,
            even your sense of morality.
         That's why you're a failure, Harvey
. . . because you rob prisoners of
the most important thing in their lives -
                 their individuality."

Those who frequent this site may know you have serious admiration for brainy types who write serious screenplays. And why not? They happen to be the most important people in the film industry. They author the films. They conceive and construct characters and storylines. Above all, they penetrate the utter complexity of the human mind and human condition. The piece of dialogue above was written by Guy Trosper. He put the words into the mouth of convict Robert Stroud in the motion picture The Birdman of Alcatraz. However fictitious, the words were spoken to prison Warden T.W. Morgan. Stroud’s tongue-lashing is the film’s seminal moment because his little speech speaks to centuries of recorded history. It’s a history of oppression — of intimidation — of mind control — carried out by all types of tyrannical rule. And, yes, Stroud’s words speak to America, circa 2022. Because at this moment America’s governing institutions are robbing citizens of the most important thing in their lives — their individuality. You may argue that this comparison is woefully farfetched. Convicts are under lock and key. They come and go on command and at the point of a gun. You, on the other hand, are free to come and go, to choose where or when, to decide what and how. True enough. So put it another way. Convicts are forced to comply, to forfeit their individuality and follow policy and procedure, while free people choose to comply, to relinquish their individuality and follow government injunctions and instructions. Consequently, free people believe that Donald Trump impeachment attempts were justified. Free people believe the 2020 election was honestly won. Free people believe the white race is inherently guilty of systemic racism and discrimination. Free people believe BLM and Antifi were justified in destroying cities and punishing law enforcement. Free people believe the COVID pandemic is an act of God. Free people believe Covid is a death sentence. Free people believe the unvaccinated are responsible for the duration of the pandemic. Free people believe that doctors who promote repurpose drugs like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine are conspiracy quacks. Free people believe that State and Federal governments have the right to ban repurpose therapies. Free people believe Media and Big Tech have the right to censor speech that challenges the government healthcare narrative. Free people believe that people who wear masks do not transmit Covid. Free people believe there are no serious adverse effects or deaths cause by Covid vaccines. Free people believe that the reported 40-500% annual increase in non-Covid deaths is a detestable lie. Free people believe that Anthony Fauci is a public servant who always tells the truth. Finally, Matilda, free people believe they are not victims of coercive persuasion and mind manipulation designed to reduce their ability to think critically or independently. At the end of a very long day, convicts have no choice except to walk in lock step. In keeping with all tyrannies, Americans are free — to listen, believe and get in line.

The last time you looked at your credentials, the terms constitutional scholar or Doctor of Juridical Science were nowhere to be found. Too bad. With no standing, your political opinions have all the weight of Joy Behar’s inane prattle. Still, you theorize if Josephine Victoria “Joy” Behar is allowed to co-host ABC’s The View and get away with it, the least anyone else should be able to get away with is, well, murder, or certainly some lesser crime — like stating facts without footnotes or peer reviews. Therefore, with respect to making an unsupported assertion, here goes: No individual, no organization, no committee, no alliance, no affiliation, no federation, no congress and no corporation has besieged and battered America more than the Supreme Court of the United States. By all means, the robed demigods have had help. The Founders in their wisdom created a triumvirate — a balance of powers to satisfy a single, vital duty — safeguard the United State Constitution. No one expected presidents and congressmen to honor that mission with life and limb. After all, they were only mere politicians; and like today, their reputations lingered just above used wagon salesmen. But Supreme Court Justices? Ah, these were the beau monde, the creme de la creme, the exemplars of virtue; or in country parlance, the pick of the litter. These were, in the days of yore, and are, to this day, the supreme sentinels who stand guard over America’s Holy Grail. Sounds good, doesn’t it, Matilda? Then again, sweetheart, these guardians are — attorneys. That fact always raises the hackles. According to the Pew Research Center survey on public esteem, lawyers have forever been rated at the very bottom of the barrel. In Henry VI, Part 2, Shakespeare put it another way: “The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers.” The jokes are as infinite as they are iniquitous. Regardless, no amount of rationalizing can minimize the corrosion that has taken place at One First Street, NE. Keep this front and center. The SCOTUS was enjoined to carry out, mind you, a single mission — to keep inviolate America’s grand design. That’s it. Elementary, no? Don’t let those other rascals monkey with a sacred trust. You can hem and haw but just say it. The SCOTUS has failed, has failed repeatedly, and failed miserably. If you like, check out the Constitutional experts. They can give you sourced chapter and verse — all your little brain can grasp. But don’t bother. Just read The Constitution. It’s eminently simple. The Founders gave the Federal Government specific powers, limited powers, very narrow jurisdictions. The States? They were to have broad, sweeping powers, and did for years — until the SCOTUS decided to play God and subvert the Constitution. They turned the document on its divine ear and the subversion not only exists, but escalates, to this very day. You must conclude that a majority of the 114 justices were deaf, dumb and blind as they repeated their sacred oaths to defend The Constitution. They are not alone. With rare exception, Washington’s elected and appointed officials have violated — are violating — the oath of office — on a daily basis. The Supreme Court abandoned The Constitution long ago, and the Balance of Powers along with it. Put the blame where it belongs. Above all, blame SCOTUS. Blame Congress. Blame Presidents. Blame the Deep State hoods that run agencies. Blame Governors and State Legislators for folding like the world’s cheapest suit. Blame Big Corporate Money for buying insider influence. Blame politicians for accepting the money. Blame ungrateful citizens who feed at the public trough. That’ll do for now. And meanwhile you will fault no one who honors The Constitution, as written. America exists because masterminds gave Her life and nourished that life through a Covenant unparalleled in human history. Today, the boot of tyranny remains poised over what’s left of that Covenant. Oh, by the way, don’t blame the messenger.
